Happiness is what every individual in this world seeks. However, what actually makes someone happy? Does it depend on their ability to control their desires? Lust can be interpreted as a drive within humans to achieve personal satisfaction and desires. This desire can be physical, emotional, or intellectual. When someone is able to master their desires, it means that they have control over these impulses, so they can make wiser decisions and choose better actions. Why is controlling lust an important factor in achieving happiness? 1. Uncontrolled lust can lead a person into an endless cycle of desire. Without the ability to master desire, a person will constantly seek material satisfaction, achievement, or relationships that will never be enough. This can lead to ongoing dissatisfaction and hinder a person's ability to feel true happiness. 2. Mastering lust plays a role in building healthy and satisfying relationships. When a person is able to control his desires, he will not act in a way that is detrimental to relationships with other people. Someone who is able to control his anger, his words are wise and not hurtful to his partner or friends. This can maintain harmonious relationships to achieve happiness in social interactions. 3 Mastering Lust and Self-Balance Mastering lust does not mean suppressing or eliminating our desires. Rather, it is about understanding and managing our desires wisely.
