Beautiful and soulful flute playing by 'Leo Roxas'
Leo Roxas is a famous flute and penflute player and one of the most well-known musicians of Biklam in the world. He left his homeland (Ecuador) to Spain in 2000. He and his Polish wife live in Berlin and had earlier earned money as a street musician in the city.
A passer-by on the street informed him about Germany's got talent and Rojas signed up to perform in the fifth season of the series. He was able to reach the finals of the championship by relying on his flute skills. In the race finale, and in a moment filled with emotion, Roxas was reunited with his mother years later and was inspired by the iconic performance that won her.
After winning the song "The Lonely Shepherd (The Lonely Shepherd or Der Einsame Hirte) went on the market and reached 48th place in the sales ranking on Christmas Night in Germany. She uses a blend of modern music and Native American melodies in her songs that are very unique and sweet.
