Poem 3: My stress
Haven't you ever been stressed ?
In your study (exam) ,work (staff,workmate),dailylife,love...
In whirlwinds of thoughts, my mind takes flight,
Anxiety's grip tightens, diminishing my might.
But within breaths of solace, I find my release,
In stillness and self-love, stress finds its decrease.
Amidst the chaos that surrounds, I seek a tranquil space,
Where my worries dissipate, like footprints erased.
Through the storms of stress, I learn to find calm,
In the embrace of nature, in the healing balm.
In the depths of meditation, my mind finds reprieve,
As I delve into the realm of tranquility and believe,
That I have the power, within me, to restore,
My inner balance, my peace, forevermore...
For stress is but a teacher, reminding me to pause,
To nourish my spirit, to anchor within life's cause.
By finding stillness within, I unlock the gate,
To a place of inner peace, where stress dissipates.
