GHOST PEPPER Time-lapse - 185 Days

Bhut Jolokia aka Ghost pepper was once the spiciest chili pepper in the world measuring over 1 Million Scoville, nowadays the Carolina Reaper has the first spot with 2,2 Million Scoville. I tried the tiniest piece of it and my mouth was on fire for about 20 minutes :D But the biggest mistake was touching and cutting it without gloves, would not recommend.
