Recipe
• Cook 1/2 lb of pasta in salted water until it's perfectly al dente.
• Remember to save 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
• In a pan over medium heat, melt 3 tbsp of butter with a touch of olive oil.
•Sauté 3 minced garlic cloves until they become fragrant.
Stir in 3 tbsp of tomato paste, cooking until
it deepens to a rich red hue, then add 1 cup of your preferred tomato sauce.
• When it starts simmering, introduce 3/4 cup of heavy cream. Stir and bring it to a gentle simmer.
• Season the sauce with salt, pepper, onion/ garlic powder.
•Toss in 1/2 cup of gouda, 1/2 cup mozzarella, and 1/2 cup parmesan.
• Combine this cheesy goodness with your cooked pasta, and add a bit of pasta water.
• Let it melt for a few minutes, then finish with more parmesan and fresh basil. Enjoy! :)
