حدیث نمبر: 919
عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَدِمَ وَفْدُ عَبْدِ الْقَيْسِ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم فَقَالُوا: يَا رَسُول اللهِ! إِنَّا هَذَا الْحَيِّ مِنْ رَبِيعَة وَقَد حَالَت بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكَ كُفَار مُضَر فَلَا نَخْلُصُ إِلَيْكَ إِلَّا فِي الشَّهْرِ الْحَرَامِ فَمُرْنَا بِأَمْرٍ نَعْمَلَ بِه وَنَدْعُوإِلَيْهِ مَنْ وَرَائنَا قَالَ آمُرُكُمْ بِأَرْبَعٍ وَأَنْهَاكُمْ عَنْ أَرْبَعٍ الْإِيمَانِ بِاللهِ ثُمَّ فَسَّرَهَا لَهُمْ فقال: شَهَادَةُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ رَسُولُ اللهِ وَعَقَدَ وَاحِدةً وَإِقَامُ الصَّلَاةِ وَإِيتَاءُ الزَّكَاةِ وَأَنْ تُؤَدُّوا خُمُسَ مَا غَنِمْتُمْ وَأَنْهَاكم عَنْ الدُّبَّاءِ وَالْحَنْتَمِ وَالنَّقِيرِ وَالْمُقَيَّرِ.
ترجمہ:
عبداللہ بن عباس ؓ سے مروی ہے كہ عبدالقیس کا وفد رسول اللہ ﷺ كے پاس آیا اور كہا: اے اللہ كے رسول ہم بنو ربیعہ سے تعلق ركھتے ہیں۔ ہمارے اور آپ كے درمیان كفارِ مضر ہیں ہم آپ كے پاس صرف حرمت والے مہینوں میں آسكتے ہیں۔ ہمیں كسی ایسے كام كا حكم دیجئے جس پر ہم عمل كر سكیں اور جوہمارے پیچھے ہیں انہیں اس كی دعوت دیں آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: میں تمہیں چار باتوں كا حكم دیتا ہوں اورچار باتوں سے منع كرتا ہوں۔ اللہ پر ایمان، پھر ان كے لئے وضاحت كی كہ اس بات كی گواہی دینا كہ اللہ كے علاوہ كوئی معبودِ برحق نہیں، اور میں محمد ﷺ اللہ کا رسول ہوں، آپ نے ان کے لیے اس کی تفسیر بیان کی۔ نماز قائم كرنا، زكوٰۃ ادا كرنا، اور تمہیں جوغنیمت حاصل ہواس كا پانچواں حصہ دینا اور میں تمہیں کدوکے برتن،شراب والے برتن(جوسبزی مائل ہوتاہے)،تارکول ملے ہوئے برتن اور لکڑی کے برتن سے منع کرتا ہوں۔
الصحيحة رقم (3957) صحيح البخاري،كِتَاب مَوَاقِيتِ الصَّلَاةِ،بَاب قَوْلُ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: مُنِيبِينَ إِلَيْهِ... رقم (492) .
It was narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Abbas that the delegation of Abdul Qais came to the Messenger of God and said: O Messenger of God, we belong to Banu Rabi'ah. Between us and you, the infidels are dangerous. We can only come to you during the sacred months. Give us the ruling of something that we can do and invite those who are behind us to it. Belief in Allah, then explained to them that bearing witness that there is no god but Allah, and that I am Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the Messenger of Allah, he explained to them its interpretation. Establishing prayer, paying zakat, and giving you a fifth of what you earn, and I forbid you gourd vessels, wine vessels (which are greenish), tar vessels, and wooden vessels.
