Former Russian space agency director is facing renewed criticism, including from the Wagner Group chief Yevgeny Prigozhin. Dmitry Rogozin is reportedly eying a role in the Russian-installed administration of occupied areas of eastern Ukraine. He recently formed the “Tsar’s Wolves” group of volunteers comprising "experienced military advisers and experts." Rogozin’s stated goal is to test and supply advanced weapons technology needed by Russian forces to win the Ukraine war.
