Ukraine reportedly used longer range HIMARS rockets to strike at Melitopol and ended up killing and injuring civilians. Though many were intercepted, it appears some made it into the city.Apparently it’s nothing new as 3 months ago 2 HIMARS rockets made their way to a building approximately 120km from the front - which was reported at the time by a prominent Russian military channel.
