Malai Kofta Curry Recipe
Chicken mince 800 g
Garlic cloves 4-5
Ginger pods 4-5

Onion paste 1/2 cup

Yogurt 1 cup
Fried kofta
Milk Dairy Cream
water 1 cup
Green coriander (chopped) for garnishing

8 . Dish it out and garnish it with green coriander, green chilies and serve. Your Malai Kofta Curry is ready.
