Chest Supported Row 3 x 6-8
(Can also use dbs)
Shoulder Press 3 x 8-10
(Slight incline on the bench)
Lat Pulldown 3 × 8-12
(Wide grip and keep constant tension)
Cable Rear Delt Fly 3 x 10-16
(My favorite way to hit rear delts)
