Belgrade Protests | Election Fraud In Serbia

Chaos has gripped Serbia over an alleged “electoral fraud” that saw populist ruling Serbian Progressive party (SNS) win “46.72% of the votes”. Thousands of Serbians gathered in Belgrade in an anti-government protest on December 24, demanding the annulment of the election. Serbian protesters used flagpoles, rocks and eggs to break the windows at Belgrade's town hall and tried to storm it. Meanwhile, Russia has accused the West of stirring up tensions in Serbia, Moscow’s ally, that has been rocked by protests over “election fraud”. #serbia #russia #putin
