Oats with Winter Fruit Healthy Breakfast
Ingredients
2 ozs blossoming oats
1 pinch salt
5 ozs boiling water (or milk or a plant drink of your choice)
winter- fruit
spices as desired (e.g. cinnamon, vanilla)
nut or other toppings as desired (e.g. walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cocoa nibs)
Preparation steps
1. Mix the oat flakes and salt, pour the liquid over them, cover and let them stand for a few minutes.
2. In the meantime, wash the winter fruit and cut it into bite-sized pieces or grate it with a grater to make a puree.
3. Add the fruit to the porridge and refine with spices and toppings as desired.
