Ciabatta with Veal Cheeks
Simple Recipe for Stuffed Ciabatta:Ingredients:- 360 g flour- 310 ml water- 7 g yeast- 5 g instant yeast- 10 g olive oil- SaltMethod:1. Mix water, yeast, salt, flour, and oil.2. Let it rise for 30 minutes.3. Fold the dough 4 times, let rise for another 30 minutes.4. Repeat folding, let rise 30 more minutes.5. Shape into ciabattas, bake at 220°C (428°F) for 14
