Crispy Fish Nuggets Recipe
Ingredients
Ingredients for Cocktail Sauce:
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Ingredients for Fish Nuggets:
Boneless Fish (Pangasius) 500 g
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Ingredients for Assembling:
Beaten eggs 2
All-purpose flour as required
Bread crumbs as required
Oil (for frying) as required
1 . In a bowl add mayo, ketchup and mix well. Now add lemon juice, salt, black pepper and mix well. Your cocktail is ready. refrigerate until used.
2 . In a chopper add fish, paprika powder, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, salt, garlic powder, bread crumbs and chop well.
3 . Transfer the mixture into bowl and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
4 . Now take the mixture in hands and shape it in nuggets form.
5 . Take the prepared nuggets, coat it in eggs, flour, bread crumbs. Refrigerate them for 30 minutes. Note: Nuggets can be frozen for 30 days. Before frying, thaw them for 10 mins.
6 . Now take the prepared nuggets and shallow fry them until golden in color.
7 . Your fish nuggets are ready. Serve them with sauce and enjoy.
