Special Chicken Samosa Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cup Chicken (boiled & shredded)
1 table spoon Oil
250grams Onion (chopped)
2 to 3 Green chilies
1 tea spoon Red chili powder
1 & 1/2 tea spoon Cumin (roasted & crushed)
1 & 1/2 tea spoon Coriander (roasted & crushed)
Salt to taste
1-2 tea spoon Vinegar
1-2 tea spoon Soy sauce
1-2 tea spoon Chili sauce
1 table spoon Ginger garlic paste
Directions of samosa filling:
In a pan heat oil, add onion and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add ginger garlic paste, green chilies and cook for a minute.
Add red chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce and mix it well.
Add boiled and shredded chicken and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Let it cool.
Direction of samosa assembling:
Take a samosa Patti(sheet) and fold it by using water to the corner.
Now fill it with samosa filling and close the edges.
Now fry in the cooking oil.
Your samosa is ready to serve.
You can store them in a zip lock bag & freeze up to two months.
