Dhaga Kabab Recipe
Ingredients for Dhaga Kabab
Beef Mince 1 kilo grams
Brown onion (Grinded) 1 cup
Green chilies 4
Cumin seeds crushed 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder 1 tea spoon
Coriander seeds crushed 1 ½ table spoon
Salt 1 table spoon
Red chili powder 1 table spoon
Poppy seeds 1 tea spoon
Oil (for brushing)
1 . In a chopper add mince, brown onion, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, garam masala powder, coriander seeds crushed, cumin seeds crushed, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, poppy seeds. Chop it well.
2 . Now take a handful of mixture and tread it on skewers in seekh kabab shape. Wrap the thread around these kababs.
3 . Now grill them on heated coal pieces until they are fully done. Brush oil while grilling.
4 . Now remove the thread and serve
