Ingredients Ingredients for Tandoori Chicken Boti: Yogurt 1 cup Oil 1/4 cup Paprika powder 1 tea spoon Salt to taste Red chili powder 1 ½ table spoon Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ table spoon Lemon juice 1 table spoon Red chili flakes 1 tea spoon Cumin powder 1 tea spoon Garam masala powder 1 tea spoon Coriander powder 1 tea spoon Chaat masala 1 table spoon Dried fenugreek 1 tea spoon Orange food color 1 tea spoon Chicken boneless 800 grams Oil (for frying) as required Coal piece (for smoke) 1 Oil (for smoke) 1 tea spoon Aluminum cup 1 Chaat masala (for sprinkle) as required Ingredients for Yogurt Sauce: Yogurt 1 cup Onion (Chopped) 1/4 cup Green coriander (Chopped) 1 tea spoon Mint leaves 1 tea spoon Salt 1 tea spoon / to taste Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon Chaat masala 1 tea spoon Oil (for cooking) 1 ½ table spoon. Ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon Ingredients for Assembling: Tandoori Chicken Boti Yogurt sauce Butter (melted) as required Cream as required Green coriander (Chopped) as required 1 . In a bowl add yogurt, oil, paprika, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili flakes, cumin powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, dried fenugreek, orange food color, chicken and mix well. Marinate the chicken for 2 hours. 2 . In a pan heat oil and add marinated chicken, cook each side until chicken is fully done. 3 . Turn off flame and place the aluminum cup in center. Place coal piece, drizzle oil and cover the pan with lid. Smoke for 2-3 minutes. 4 . Take off lid, transfer the prepared tandoori chicken boti into bowl and sprinkle chaat masala on them. Mix it well and your Tandoori Chicken Boti is ready. Set aside. 5 . In a bowl add yogurt, onion, coriander, mint leaves, salt, black pepper, chaat masala and mix well. 6 . In a pan heat oil and ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes. 7 . Add prepared yogurt sauce, cumin powder and cook for 3 minutes on medium flame. Your Yogurt Sauce is ready. Set aside. 8 . Place prepared Tandoori Chicken Boti in a dish, drizzle prepared yogurt sauce on them. Pour some cream and melted butter on top. 9 . Garnish with coriander and serve.
