Ingredients
Mutton chest (ribs part) 1 Kilo grams
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 2 table spoon
Onion paste 1/2 cup
Red chili powder 2 table spoon
Salt to taste
Coriander fresh (chopped) 1 cup
Oil 1 cup
Turmeric 1/2 tea spoon
Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon
Garam masala powder 1/4 tea spoon
DIRECTIONS
1 . Take a whole rib piece of mutton, with knife separate the meat from bones and set aside.
2 . Cover boneless mutton piece with cling sheet and ham it to make it thin and even.
3 . Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly on whole boneless piece.
4 . Roll this mutton piece in a cylinder shape, wrap it tightly in cling flip and marinate it for 7 to 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
5 . In a bowl mix onion paste, oil, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, cumin powder, garam masala powder and coriander.
6 . With a sharp knife cut it in mini roll shapes and thread these rolls on steel skewers.
7 . Now drizzle prepared mixture on top and set aside for 25 to 30 minutes.
8 . Heat coals and grill these kababs from each side until completely cooked from each side.
9 . Your tasty mutton tikka is ready to serve.
