Chili Garlic Sauce Recipe
Chili Garlic Sauce is a tempting blend of tomatoes, ground chilies, vinegar, jaggery and garlic. Spicy flavor of sauce is a great complement with fried foods and even in gravy. Make it at home with this Chili Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
1 kilogram ripe tomatoes
1 cup vinegar
2 cups water
1 table spoon corn flour
1 onion chopped
50 grams red chili crushed
50 grams garlic
5 grams gur
1 tea spoon salt
Cooking Method
1. Peel tomatoes then remove the seeds.
2. Place in a saucepan and cook it with water, salt and onion about 15 minutes.
3. Let it cool completely.
4. Put cooked tomatoes, garlic, red chili, corn flour, gur and vinegar in a blender.
5. Process until smooth.
6. Pour into the saucepan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
7. Stir continuously.
8. Chili garlic sauce is ready to serve.
