Imli ki Chutney Recipe
Sweet ans sour taste of Imli ki Chutney is just amazing. It has a finger licking taste. You can serve it with pakora, samosa and fried food.
Ingredients
250 gm tamarind
3 tbsp dry ginger powder
1 tbsp cumin roasted & crushed
1 tbsp red chili powder
a pinch of black salt
salt to taste
2 cups Luke warm water
Cooking Method
1. Wash tamarind then soak in water for 20 minutes.
2. Then remove seeds and keep the pulp aside.
3. Place tamarind pulp in a saucepan.
4. Add red chili powder, dry ginger powder and cumin seeds.
5. Keep stirring and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Remove from the flame.
7. Let it cool completely.
8. Then add a pinch of black salt and salt.
9. Imli Ki Chutney is ready now.
