Plum Dip Recipe
Ingredients
250 gm dried plums
50 gm charmagaz
1/2 cup sugar
4 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp spices powder
1/2 tsp salt
Cooking Method
1. Soak dried plums in 1 cup water for 2 hours.
2. Then put in a saucepan, add sugar, red chili powder and salt.
3. Cook on low flame for 20 minutes or until plums are tender and syrup is thick.
4. Turn the heat off.
5. Add spices powder, charmagaz and vinegar.Stir well.
6. Take it out in a serving bowl.
7. Leave it to cool completely.
8. Plum Dip is ready to serve. ENJOY!!
