Chicken tikka pizza
Ingredients
Ingredients for dough:
1. 1 kilograms Flour
2. 3 table spoon Yeast
3. 1 table spoon Salt
4. 1 Sugar
5. 2 table spoon olive oil
Ingredients for chicken:
6. 1 kg boneless chicken cubes
7. 1.5 table spoon Tandoori masala
8. 1 tea spoon red chilli flakes
9. 1 table spoon Soya sauce
10. 1 table spoon Chilli sauce
11. 1 table spoon peri peri sauce
12. 1/2 tea spoon yellow food colour
13. 1 table spoon lemon juice
14. 4 chopped garlic cloves
15. 3 table spoon cooking oil
Ingredients for Assembling:
16. Pizza dough
17. Shredded chicken
18. Pizza sauce
19. Chopped capsicum
20. Chopped tomatoes
21. Onions
22. Spring onion (green part)
23. Jalapeno
24. Olives
25. Grated cheddar cheese
26. Grated mozerella cheese
27. Oregano for sprinkle
Cooking Instructions
1. Step 1
Preparation of dough :
1. Add 1/2 cup of warm water then add yeast and sugar and cover for 5 to 10 minutes...
2. Then add flour in a bowl then add salt,yeast mixture, and oil mix well...
3.Then gradually add water and mix and knead and make a soft dough.. then apply oil and cover for 3 to 4 hours...
4.when it becomes double in quantity then knead it and divide it in equal portions...
2. Step 2
Preparation of chicken:
1.Add chicken in a bowl then add lemon juice in it all sauces and spices and mix well and marinate for 20 minutes...
2.Now add oil in a pan then add chopped garlic in it saute it then add marinated chicken in it and fry it...
3.Then let it cook until tenderise then shred it give coal smoke for few minutes then put aside..

Assembling:
1. At first take a portion of dough dust some flour and then roll it.Now grease a pizza pan with oil and put it over the pan...
2. Now apply the prepared pizza sauce over it then the shredded chicken over it..
3. Now add all veggies and grated cheddar and mozerella cheese sprinkle some oregano over it...
4. Preheat the over add the pizza in it and bake for 15 to 20 min at 200 °c to 250 °c
5. Then serve...
