Ingredients: • Rava (Somolina/Suji) 1 cup, coarse • Maida (Plain Flour) 2 tablespoon. • Oil 3 tablespoon. • water – 1/4th cup Theka pani preparation • Pudina (Mint Leaves) 1/4th cup • Coriander- half cup. • Ginger 1 inch. • Chilli 2 • Tamarind small ball size. • Chaat masala 1 teaspoon. • Cumin powder 1 teaspoon. • Hing (asafetida) pinch • Salt 34th teaspoon. • Clod water 4 cup Khatta meetha pani preparation: • Tamarind extract 1 cup. • Jiggery (Gud) 3 tablespoon. • Chaat masala 1teaspoon. • Cumin powder 1 teasspoon. • Pepper powder 1/4th teaspoon. • Chilli powder 14th teaspoon. • Hing (asafetida) pich. • Salt 3/4th teaspoon. • Cold water 3 cup. Potato (aloo) stuffing preparation • Potato (aloo) 3 boild & mash • Onion half finely chopped. • Coriander 2 tablespoon finely chopped. • Cumin powder half teaspoon. • Chaat masala half teaspoon. • Pepper powder 1/4th cup. • Chilli powder half teaspoon. • Salt half teaspoon.
