Chinese Vegetables Recipe by Cooking Mate
Ingredients:
Raw papaya - 1 + 1/2 cup
Carrots - 3/4 cup
Red and green capsicum - like 1/2 cup
Chicken breast meat - 1/2 hour
Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoon
Pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Testing salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 3 + 1/2 cup
Oil - 1 + 1/2 tablespoon
Chopped Ginger - 1/2 table spoon
Chopped Garlic - 1/2 table spoon
Chopped Chili - 3 pieces
Soy sauce - 1/2 table spoon
Corn Flower - 3 to 4 tablespoons
Water - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
You can give whole green pepper or lemon juice for aroma.
