????Recipe:
1 lamb shoulder
mild mustard
1 teaspoon of: paprika, sweet pepper flakes, garlic powder, peppercorns, sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
4 tbsp olive oil
less than half a glass of water
thyme and bay leaf
For the sauce after 4 hours of cooking:
1/2 lemon juice
1 teaspoon of honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
