Perfect CHEESY PASTRY
INGREDIENTS
Dough
• 6 cups of flour
• 1 cup - 200 ml.
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 cup of water
•2 egg whites
•1/2 (half) teaspoon of yeast
(1 teaspoon - 2.5 ml. )
• 1 dessertspoon of salt
(1 dessertspoon-5 ml.)
Filling for pastry
• 400 grams of curd or white cheese
• 5-6 sprigs of chopped parsley
• 2 eggs
for brushing on top
•2 egg yolks
• 250 grams of margarine or butter
