Crispy Vegetable Pakora
FOR PAKORA MIXTURE....
Recipe..
Gram flour 2 cups
Salt 1 table spoon
Red chilli flakes 1 table spoon
Turmeric 1/2 table spoon
Dry coriander powder 1 table spoon
Cumin seeds 1 table spoon
All spice powder 1/2 table spoon
Fenugreek 1 table spoon
Mix well and can be stored for 1 month in airtight container......

Potatoes (julienne) 2 large
Spinach 1 cup
Onion 3 medium
Cabbage 1/2cup
Green chilli 2 to 3 table spoon
Prepared pakora mixture 3 table spoon
Water 3 to 4 table spoon
HOW TO MAKE.....
In a bowl add potatoes, spinach, onion, cabbage, green chilli, pakora mixture, and make a batter with water. Then take a pan add oil and fry the pakoras on low to medium flame until golden brown.
