Tomato & Garlic confit

1 pint of tomatoes ( I used grape feel free to use any kind you like ) 5-6 cloves of gralic 2 tbs of grape seed oil 1tbs extra virgin Oliv oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1tsp Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp thyme
