Why would Ukraine use cluster munitions to attack Russian positions

Ukraine's military has made gains across the country, forcing Russian forces back from land previously occupied since Moscow's invasion. Now, with established positions, could Ukrainian troops use cluster munitions to target Russian strongholds in the east of Ukraine? Ukrainian forces have used the weapons during the conflict but what might be the tactical benefit of using them now?
