Kofta and Potato stew

Ingredients 1 pound of ground beef 1 medium size onion (chop really fine) 2 cloves of garlic ( chop really fine) 1/2 cup parsley (chop really fine) 2 tablespoons pepper paste 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon coriander 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 medium size onion (dice) 4 potatoes (dice) 1 tomato (dice) 1 60z can of tomato paste 4 cups of warm water 1 teaspoon salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Instructions 1. Chop the onion, garlic and parsley really fine then add it to the ground beef. 2. Then add the pepper paste, the seasonings: salt, paprika, cumin, coriander, black pepper, chili flakes and cinnamon to the ground beef and mix everything together. Form the meat into about 1 inch balls or whatever size you want. 3. Put a pan on high heat then add olive oil wait for the oil to get , then put in all the kofta balls and sear them lightly on all sides then remove them from the pan. 4. To that same pan add in the diced onions and potatoes and cook the potatoes and onions together for about 5 minutes. 5. Then add in the tomatoes and tomato paste mix everything really well. 6. Put the Kofta balls back into the pan then add 4 cups of water, then 1 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper give it another good mix, cover and let it cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are cooked and the stew thickens up and enjoy it with rice.
