Severomorsk is the capital of the Northern Fleet

The appearance of this city was developed in the 1950's by a group of specialists from the Military Marine Project. According to architect Anatoly Shashkov, they wanted the main city of the Northern Fleet to be bright and unique, and also to become a kind and happy home for navy sailors!
