●Caramel:
- 80g Sugar
- 15ml Water
●Pudding:
- 3 Egg yolks
- 3 Eggs
- 500ml Milk
- 90g Sugar
- 200g Heavy cream
- 1Tsp Vanilla extract
- Hot water
- Bake at 150℃ for 50 minutes
- Refrigerate for 4 hours
