Modern Potato Agriculture

Potatoes are grown utilizing aeroponics in modern farming practices. In a soilless technique called aeroponics, plants are grown with their roots hanging into a box and supported at the top. Periodically, a water and fertilizer solution is pumped into the box and misted over the hanging roots.
