Cosmonaut is a science fiction drama film directed by Johan Renk based on a screenplay by Colby Dye, based on the 2017 novel Cosmonaut of Bohemia by Yaroslav Kalfarzh. The film stars Adam Sandler, Paul Dano, Carey Mulligan, Kunal Nayyar and Isabella Rossellini. It tells the story of an astronaut sent on a mission to the edge of the solar system, who meets a creature that helps him deal with his earthly problems.
