Putin’s Spies Injured In Car Bomb Blast l Russia Threatens To Cut Oil Output
Two Russian spies were allegedly targeted in a car bomb attack inside the occupied Ukrainian city of Melitopol. This comes as Russia’s Deputy PM Alexander Novak has said Moscow may cut oil output by 5-7% in early 2023. Novak said the price caps could make Russia cut production by 500,000-700,000 barrels per day. Meanwhile, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov said that Ukrainian forces have sustained substantial losses.
