Bolsheokhtinsky bridge and the white Saint-Petersburg night

The illumination of this bridge connecting the Central and Krasnogvardeysky districts of Saint-Petersburg consists of 1300 lamps! The opening took place in 1911 and it was originally named in honor of Peter the Great. Bolsheokhtinsky Bridge became Bolsheokhtinsky Bridge after the revolution, and in 1956, due to new spelling rules.
