Angara kabab

Angarakabab is a spicy and hot chicken kabab traditionally roast and cook over burning charcoal. It is a spicy version of chicken tikka made with a spiced yogurt based marination with Kashmiri red chilli paste and other spices. This is chicken Angara dry recipe, there is also a gravy version of the Angara chicken.
