Police accuse a 22-year-old man of killing Samantha Murphy, a missing mother from Ballarat.

On February 4, the day Samantha Murphy disappeared after leaving her Ballarat East house for a morning run, police will claim she was murdered. A 22-year-old guy from Scotsburn, south of Ballarat, was taken into custody by police on Wednesday morning.
