Moroccan folklore Ahidous
It is a traditional dance practiced by the Berbers of the Middle Atlas and High Atlas in Morocco, as well as by some tribes from the south of the Rif, in which men and women, elbow to elbow, form supple and undulating circles, accompanied by songs (in Berber izli, izlan) punctuated by the alloun.
