Combine all the cookie base ingredients together. Pour the mixture into a small baking dish lined with parchment paper. Press it down evenly. Cook at 180°C for 12 mins. ⁣ 2. Mix the peanut butter and maple syrup together until well combined. Add the peanut caramel onto the cookie base once it’s cooled down. ⁣ 3. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and pour the mixture on the peanut caramel.
