????Mixed berry overnight oats????⁣ ????ingredients????⁣ - 60g quick oats (~1/2 cup)⁣ - 1 tbsp chia seeds ⁣ - pinch of salt⁣ - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ⁣ - 200ml plant milk (~3/4 cup)⁣ - 3 tbsp plain soy yogurt ⁣ - 100g frozen berries (~1/2 cup) (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries,…)⁣ ????method????⁣ 1. Combine the oats, chia seeds and salt in a jar.⁣ 2. Add in the milk, yogurt and vanilla. Mix well. ⁣ 3. Finally mix in the frozen berries. ⁣ 4.
