What happand with this car

Can any one tell what happened to this car why it was running in the wrong way it hit a car I missed the car after that the sinners started playing on you but later came out through the window I have seen many such stupid drivers, I have not seen any medicine in the rain, what has happened to today's drivers, they drive drunk and then hit.
