Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made his annual address to the Verkhovna Rada on December 28. In his speech, he said that Ukraine has managed to liberate more than 1,800 towns and villages from Russia. His speech comes as a nationwide alert may have been declared after Russian jets stationed in Belarus took off.
