Walt has disappeared. His family is worried sick and is searching for him. In reality, Walt and Jesse have been kidnapped by Tuco, who has panicked after the disappearance of his right-hand man and brother-in-law, Gonzo. He takes them to a house in the countryside and they discover his uncle (Tio) in a wheelchair, communicating only by ringing a bell. Walt and Jesse try to poison Tuco's food, but to no avail: the uncle, though unable to speak, is still in his right mind. He understands the duo's ploy and prevents Tuco from eating. Hank, who is helping Skyler find her husband, manages to track down Jesse's car and hopes to find Walt. He arrives at Tuco's cabin. After a brief shootout, Hank shoots Tuco dead. Jesse and Walt, hiding in plain sight, witness the scene.
