Here's a recipe for Sayadiyah Alexandrian-Egyptian rice: Ingredients: - 500g fish fillets (such as haddock, cod, or any white fish of your choice) - 2 cups basmati rice, rinsed and soaked for 30 minutes - 4 tablespoons olive oil - 1 large onion, finely chopped - 4 cloves garlic, minced - 1 teaspoon ground cumin - 1 teaspoon ground coriander - 1 teaspoon paprika - 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric - Salt and pepper to taste - 4 cups fish or vegetable broth - 2 tomatoes, chopped - 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (coriander) - Lemon wedges for serving Instructions: 1.
