Here's a simple recipe for making chicken balls stuffed with mozzarella cheese:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- Mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes (enough for stuffing)
- Olive oil (for frying)
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix everything together until well combined.
2. Take a small amount of the chicken mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center, then wrap the chicken mixture around the cheese to form a ball. Make sure the cheese is completely covered with the chicken mixture, sealing it well.
