Ariana Madix may finally be moving out of the $2 million house she shares with ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval.

The “Vanderpump Rules” star recently purchased a $1.6 million Hollywood Hills home, Page Six has exclusively learned. “Ariana has fallen in love with this home and is excited for a new chapter,” our insider says. The recently renovated mid-century modern house located in Los Angeles was originally built in 1962. The main level of the three-bedroom, two-bathroom house has an open floor plan on the main level, with the living room and dining room connecting to a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and brass hardware. The second level features a generously-sized primary suite with a modern bathroom, seating area and picturesque views of LA, including the iconic Hollywood sign.
