Happy Lunar New Year! To mark the occasion and celebrate the Year of the Dragon, South Korea-based Kyungjin Min used some culinary cucumber magic for her latest creation. “I always thought a cucumber resembles a dragon,” she says. “Also, I had this idea of adding cauliflowers so it looks like some clouds in the air. There you have it! A dragon flying in the air.”
