Here is the Explanation

In 2006, a report was written in Ukraine about a person named Sergei Ponomeranko. Because he was behaving very strange or was quite confused. The police saw in his ID that he belonged to the Soviet Union which had been extinct decades ago. This ID was completely found out to be original. Sergei looked very young but his birth date was 1932. When the present date was asked by the police, he told that "it should be 3 April 1958". Police was shocked A very old fashion camera was found at him, the reels of which were also vey old fashioned." Sergei claimed. Yesterday he saw a strange object falling near our house and he clicked its photo and suddenly he came to a strange place. Some photos from 1958 were found from Sergei's camera.
