Shocking video has been released of a domestic violence suspect desperately fleeing from California cops by clinging to a moving vehicle before being shot by officers. Juan Valdez, 40, was tirelessly hunted down on January 27, 2024, by officers who had been contacted by an individual who was 'concerned' for a friend who he had allegedly threatened to kill, police say. Lathrop Police Department were dispatched to make a welfare check on the alleged victim and her daughter and found the woman, who described Valdez as 'psychotic', to be 'visibly stressed'.
